Summer starts at the summer market - namely the Dots summer market! It starts early in the morning, during which the sun has already risen; a stall and baskets have been set up outside. The best thing about the Dots summer market is that you can pass by or through it on your way to work or on a leisurely summer day - without intending to just stop and take a look at the baskets on display. Our summer market is a wonderful everyday or holiday coincidence that gives a touch of market magic to the city streets!
The Dots summer market is along many roads. On a trip to a friend, it means taking a jar of marmalade anda few other baskets of goodies with you - the ones that are covered on the balcony with glasses of wine as the evening falls. On the way home, a basket from the summer market sits under my arm, and perhaps a few jars of spices , which swing to the door in time with the steps, and spice up the day's meal plans. At the starting point of the cabin trip, you can also pick up some goodies from the summer market: a lantern for the cabin's veranda, a lovely detergent to hand to your mother, or a jute mat on which you can dry your toes after a sauna.
These and many other uncomplicated moments have been made into our summer market, which serves you throughout June 1-30 in front of the stores in Helsinki and Turku. As a monthly benefit for VIP customers in June, all summer market products are -15%, so you should join as a VIP customer at the latest when you go to the market!

On your trip, grab the recipe for the wonderful Dots Ice Cocktail, which is created using the classic iced tea formula - the queen of summer drinks! In Dots' kitchen, the flavor world of the cocktail is created with The Spice Tree's aromatic tea bags - we recommend trying at least theNew York tea with mango and lemon notes or theHelsinki tea with passion fruit and lemon notes! Dots Ice Cocktail

Ingredients
1 liter of water
5 bags of The Spice Tree tea
0.5 dl of sugar
1 lemon
ice cubes

Boil water, and add tea bags to the water. Let it brew for about five minutes, then take the tea bags out of the water.
Add sugar, and let the tea cool down. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, and cut the other half into slices. Add the slices to the drink. Just before serving, add plenty of ice cubes to the drink, and finish the drink according to your taste with e.g. mint leaves or strawberries.
