Hi beautiful! How are you? It's been a while since we last exchanged news. Nice to see you here again. I hope you are doing well over there and that you and your loved ones have stayed healthy.
We live in 2021 . Last year passed in the blink of an eye. Sometimes you stop to think, has it really been a year since this all started? I'm sure you know what "this" I'm talking about. Last year was full of real struggles, disappointments and surprises. Getting used to the new normal took a surprising amount of time and especially mental resources. But what exactly does this "new normal" include? More stay at home, empty calendar of events and new hygiene habits. That doesn't sound so bad, does it? After many trips and events have been canceled, we have been able to come up with a new kind of program to replace the old ones. New things to do with a small group, which means more time with the closest and most important people. Outdoor activities, cooking, reading, playing and hygge. This situation actually doesn't seem so bad at all, does it? Hmm, let's think about it some more. The close circle has become even closer and has learned to appreciate health in a whole new way. We have also learned that happiness consists of small everyday things. The light of the sun. A good night's sleep. Tasty food. Interesting book. Completed puzzle. Family. Friends. What more could you ask for? Let's remember to be happy with everything we already have, and not just focus on what we don't have at the moment.
So what's up with Dots?
We live in the best time. January, February and March are the times of the year when the entire collection is renewed and the color scale comes to life. We constantly receive shipments and packages to our stores that contain products that are more beautiful than each other. The color spectrum of spring comes to life one package at a time, and we Dotsi residents get to admire this change from the parade ground. And so can you! We've had an exceptionally great winter and we've been able to enjoy severe frosts and, above all, snow! WONDERFUL! But, if you're already longing for a change to the winter scenery, then it's worth coming for a spin at Dots, the sun is always shining here!
A very classic color scheme is planned for spring. Light blue, beige, different shades of pink, denim, wide legs and captivating prints. The selection is so wide that there is sure to be something for everyone. We try to present news as comprehensively as possible on our social media channels. So if you haven't taken over Dots social accounts yet, you should do it now at the latest!

The problem at the moment, which has especially caught the ears of us Dotsi residents, is that when you work at home, you don't need better clothes. The days go by in sweatpants and a hoodie. Or if there are known video calls, then it is enough to just change to the coolest top. Have you also sat in an important video meeting wearing a collared shirt and slacks? No worries, so are we! But what if it didn't work out that way? We have started to underestimate what kind of effect clothing and external being have - specifically on ourselves . If you walk day after day in the same easy and comfortable clothes, maybe even a little dirty, it affects your mood negatively. Next time, try to put a little extra effort into your home office day and see how much it affects your energy level for the day. With that point in mind, we're starting to celebrate Dress Fridays at Dots! The purpose of dress Fridays is that on Fridays we would wear a dress to the home office and thus start the weekend with a good mood. We present a new dress every Friday and hopefully in this way we will inspire you too! Nothing is really more comfortable than a dress. Maybe even more comfortable than those sweatpants and a hoodie? Who knows... I guess I'll have to try it :D
The thing we miss the most in the "old normal" is our lovely customer nights. They have been absolutely the best! We have been able to celebrate together with you and through that have gotten to know you on a whole new level - personally. Good food and fashion shows have been just the icing on the cake. Oh, those times. Unfortunately, we are unable to organize these kinds of events for you now. We primarily want to act responsibly, and we do not feel that even smaller-scale face-to-face events are currently profitable to organize. We are trying to stay positive in this extraordinary situation. However, it certainly goes without saying that the situation for brick-and-mortar stores is not good. We have taken a heavy blow, but we are determined to stand up and fight. You, our dear customers, have made all of this possible. Without you, we would have no weapons to fight with. We went shopping for next fall last week, and oh boys! There's such a wonderful fall collection coming from there that we can't keep our pants on. However, let's live this beautiful spring and summer out of the way and enjoy the beautiful colors it brings!
