Lovely February is already half way through and the skiing holiday is approaching! It's light little by little until three o'clock in the afternoon and the lucky ones who get to go on vacation get to frolic in the snow even in the sunshine.
Many will travel soon, or have already traveled to ski resorts to enjoy winter sports. That's why we from Dotsi want to share the best recipes for the atmosphere of a ski vacation.

PULLAPURO
1 dl of oatmeal
2 dl of water
a splash of almond milk
1 tsp cardamom
a pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
as side dishes : frozen raspberries, sugar-free applesauce and Turkish yogurt
Put the water in the pot and heat to full, add salt. When the water boils, toss in the flakes and reduce the heat. (Important: don't stir, so the porridge doesn't become cement-like.)
Put the lid on the pot and let it sit for about 1-2 minutes, then add a splash of almond milk, cardamom, cinnamon and mix.
Let it brew for a while, add the side dishes and enjoy.
THE BEST PANCAKE IN THE WORLD (pancake)
3 eggs
7 1/2 dl whipped cream (or whole milk)
3 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 tsp cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
75 g butter (melted)
Beat the eggs in a bowl until the texture is broken. Measure the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Let the dough rise for 10 minutes.
Pour the dough onto a high-sided baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle level of the oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the pancake is cooked and has a beautiful color. Let the pancake rest for a while and cut it into suitable pieces.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the pancake and dust with powdered sugar. You can also serve it with strawberry jam and with whipped cream.
COCOA FLAVORED WITH CHILI (4 servings)
1 l organic whole milk
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons fine sugar
3 tablespoons of muscovado sugar
3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 pinches of salt
ground chili to your taste
Measure the cocoa powder and sugar into the pot. Add about a third of the milk and whisk well until the mixture is smooth. Add the rest of the milk and salt. Heat the cocoa to boiling point and carefully add the chili. Check the taste and add more chili if you feel like it.
